First time parent
My wife pestered me
for years to have a
child but I always
said no I don’t like
kids! One day, not
totally by accident,
she became pregnant.
We tracked it back
to a snowed in New
Years Eve!
On hearing the news
I was absolutely
ecstatic and excited
and couldn’t stop
saying “I am going
to be a dad”.
Strange eh!
My kids, yes we ad
another one, are now
8 and 12 years old
and I don’t know
what I would do
without them.
So if you have
similar feelings to
what I had then
don’t worry I am
sure that as they
grow up they will
grow on you.
